Attached is a press release for an Equine Instructors’ Certification Workshop sponsored by The Groom Elite program and held at the University of Louisville’s Shelby Event and Conference Center November 5-7. Due to a grant from the Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation with support from the University of Louisville’s Equine Management program there will be no tuition for this event and class size is limited to 25.
